Reid Stone is a friend and fellow retirement coach. He extended me the honor of inviting me to be the first guest on his newly launched podcast at his home base website www.mylifesencore.com.
Click here to go to the page on his site to view the 23-minute video interview.

Gary, that was fun! Your stories and and studies provided good information…
Thanks, pat
Very enlightening! I understand the correlation between physical activity & longevity. I just read an article in Runner’s World about a gentleman who runs a relay every year and is 99 years young. I know my dad (96) was digging ditches (remodeling a legionnaires outpost) at 80. In Dr. Atul Gawande’s book, Being Mortal, he talks about his grandfather (farmer) who lived to 110. Quite extraordinary and no TV😊.
I get pleasure from, cause I discovered exactly what I used to be looking for. You have ended my four day long hunt! God Bless you man. Have a nice day. Bye
